Excellence,
Le Secrétariat General de l'Union de la Noblesse Russe (apatrides), ainsi que l'Association des Descendants des Commandeurs Héréditaires russes de l'Ordre Souverain de Malte, ont l'honneur de communiquer au Grand Magistère de l'Ordre Souverain et Militaire de Malte, par l'intermédiaire du Prince Nicolas Tchkotova, Bailli et Ministre Plénipotentiaire de l'Ordre Souverain de Malte, que :
1) l'Union de la, Noblesse Russe,
2) l'Association des Descendants Héréditaires des Commandeurs russes de l'Ordre de Malte ne sont aucunement affiliés avec l'Organisation aux Etats-Unis d'Amérique qui est habilement camouflée et qui s'intitule Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jérusalem, Knights of Malta, Schikshinny 2 Pa-USA, laquelle faussement prétend avoir hérité les droits de la Grande Maîtrise de l'Empereur Paul I^er de Russie.

Le Secrétaire Général de l'Union de la Noblesse Russe, ainsi que l'Association des Commandeurs Héréditaires Russes de l'Ordre souverain de Malte déplorent l'existence de cette fausse organisation aux Etats-Unis d'Amérique et espèrent que cette imposture ne tardera pas à être mise à jour.

Excellency,
The General Secretariat of the Union of the Russian Nobility (stateless people), as well as the Association of the Descendants of the Russian Hereditary Commanders of the Sovereign Order of Malta, have the honour to communicate to the Grand Magistracy of the Sovereign and Military Order of Malta, by the intermediary of Prince Nicolas Tchkotova, Baillif and Ambassador plenipotentiary for the Sovereign Order of Malta, that :
1) the Union of, Russian Nobility,
2) the Association of Hereditary Descendants of the Russian Commanders of Order of Malta are not at all affiliated with the Organization to the United States of America which is skilfully camouflaged and which is entitled Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, Schikshinny 2 Pa-USA, which wrongfully claims to have inherited the rights of the Grand Master Emperor Paul I of Russia.

The General Secretary of the Union of the Russian Nobility, as well as the Association of the Russian Hereditary Commanders of the Sovereign Order of Malta deplores the existence of this false organisation in the United States of America and hope that this deception will not delay in being uncovered.
