Le Chapitre de l'Union des Descendants des Commandeurs et Chevaliers du Grand Prieué Russe de l'Ordre de St. Jean de Jerusalem, ayant pris connaissance du rapport présenté par le Conseil de l'Union au sujet de Votre requête en vue d'être confirmé dans le titre de Chevalier de cet Ordre :

Comte Bobrinskoy Alexis fils de Alexis,

A DECIDÉ : de confirmer Votre titre de Chevalier Emulateur de l'Union des Descendants des Commandeurs Héréditaires et Chevaliers du Grand Prieuré Russe de l'Ordre de St. Jean de Jérusalem en tant que descendant en ligne directe féminine du Comte Samoilow Alexandre fils de Nicolas qui, par grâce de Mon trisaïeul, S.M. l'EMPEREUR PAUL I-r Grand Maître de l'Ordre de St. Jean de Jérusalem avait été élevé le 26 Février 1797 (Calend. de la Cour 1812 p; 47) au titre de Commandeur Héréditaire.

La présente décision Vous donne le droit de porter la croix de cette Union, conformément à ses statuts.

Je confirme la décision du Chapitre, en foi de quoi Vous est délivré le présent document, que J'authentifie de Ma, signature et du sceau de l'Union.

The Chapter of the Union of Descendants of Commanders and Knights of Russian Grand Priory of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, having taken knowledge of the report presented by the Council of the Union on the subject of Your request in view of being confirmed in the title of Knight of this Order :

Count Bobrinskoy Alexis son of Alexis,

DECIDED : to confirm Your title of Emulator Knight of the Union of Descendants of Hereditary Commanders and Knights of Russian Grand Priory of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem in-so-much as descending in feminine direct line of the Count Samoilow Alexandre son of Nicolas that, by grace of My great-great grandfather, S.M. the Emperor PAUL I, Grand Master of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem had been elevated 26 February 1797 (Calend. of the Court 1812 p; 47) to the title of Hereditary Commander.

The present decision gives the right for You to carry the cross of this Union, in accordance with its statutes.

I confirm the decision of the Chapter, in faith of the present documentation You have delivered, that I authenticate with My, signature and seal of the Union.
